The Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Raji Fashola and the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu have been the major culprits in the power and fuel crisis that has given discomfort to the Nigerian masses.

 

This has led to a challenge of the CHANGE agenda of All Progressives Congress-led administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.
